Product Warranty for Furniture Store

This product warranty applies to all items purchased from our furniture store and covers all manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

Warranty Coverage:
Our product warranty covers the repair or replacement of any item with a manufacturing defect that becomes apparent during normal use within the first year of ownership. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship only and does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

For items made from natural materials, such as solid wood, it is important to note that they may have natural defects and abnormalities that are inherent in the material. These natural variations are not considered manufacturing defects and are not covered by this warranty.

Warranty Claim Procedure:
If you need to make a claim under this warranty, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible. You will be required to provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue. Our customer service team will guide you through the claims process and arrange for any necessary repairs or replacements.

Exclusions and Limitations:
This product warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions for assembly, use, and care.
- Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to fading, pilling, and stretching of fabrics and leather.
- Accidents, abuse, misuse, or negligence.
- Natural variations in wood grain, texture, and color, as well as knots, mineral streaks, and other natural defects and abnormalities inherent in the material.
- Alterations or modifications to the product made by the customer or a third party.

This product warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. This warranty is in addition to any rights provided by law and does not affect your statutory rights.

Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product, and we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product.

We reserve the right to make changes to this product warranty at any time without notice.
